1.1 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any service provided by e9999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the e9999 platform regardless of the device or method of access used, including desktop computers, mobile browsers, mobile applications and any other access point we may make available.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if such a translation is made available), the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on e9999. This requirement is strictly enforced. e9999 will not knowingly provide services to any person under the age of 21. Where e9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and if the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance returned.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The e9999 platform is operated for and directed at the Bangladesh market. You are responsible for ensuring that online betting and casino gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. e9999 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where such services are explicitly prohibited by applicable law. 2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player may open and maintain only one e9999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, e9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds, and suspend withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and current residential address. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your e9999 account. e9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.1 e9999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in order to confirm the identity, age and residential address of all account holders. This process is a mandatory component of responsible gaming compliance and financial security.

3.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by e9999, however your chosen payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your e9999 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. e9999 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must: (a) have a verified e9999 account (KYC complete); (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) have a positive real-money balance of at least the minimum withdrawal amount; and (d) withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires the player to wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. e9999 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum qualifying criteria. Where bonus abuse is identified, e9999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings and close the account.

5.5 e9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already received a bonus will be bound by the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.

5.6 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player's account or used as consideration for any other product or service.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on e9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. 7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other software designed to give an artificial advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform or in individual games
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet
• Money laundering or using the platform for any financial crime
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name

13.3 Where an account is closed by e9999 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full, including all deposited funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

13.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. e9999 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances below a minimum threshold may be subject to administrative fees in accordance with our dormant account policy.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of e9999.

14.2 Dispute Resolution.
